Didn’t change muchI’m kind of disappointed because I bought this dye going off of the image of how it said my hair color would turn out, and it barely changed at all. The only difference is that there’s a little more of a red color through it and only in the light, but it’s a very slight difference. I followed the directions carefully and did everything I was supposed to. Doesn't lastAfter only 1 wash my roots were grey again!!! I wash my hair every 7-10 days, I have always done so. The colour just doesn't last. For the price it isn't worth it and it takes twice as long to colour my hair with your product 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Incorrect instructions. In tears after coloringI followed instructions precisely. I partitioned hair and brushed on color at roots and let sit for 20 minutes before applying the the remainder of my hair. NOW THE TOP OF MY HEAD WHERE THE DYE SAT FOR 20 EXTRA MINUTES IS WAY REDDER THAN THE OTHER PART OF MY HAIR! and why is ash blonde with hints of copper RED! Great customer service, not so great resultI was very impressed with the steps my stylist took to make this a personal experience and make sure we were on the same page as far as what I was going for. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE COLORDon’t use this service. The pictures don’t reflect what your color will look like. Then when you say something they will give you an attitude, say they have “credited your account” and will send you something to help lighten it. Nothing happened. This was two months ago. I got better service and advice from YouTube. This was the worst experience and extremely frustrTing. My hair look like absolute crap and they had no solutions to help me. What a POS this company is.
