Reached out about color mess up and never heard backMy first ever order and I love the packaging and fast shipping, however, I ordered a brown with copper tones and the color took beautifully at my roots but left the ends discolored and with a purplish tint. My hair looks multiple colors and I can't even wear it down. I emailed the woman who mixed my color with attached photos of the complete color difference between the ends and roots. Didn’t likeThe color was awful. I ordered what I always order elsewhere but turned my hair black black black!!! I wanted brown. A pretty brown like your pictures showed.
