The new formula on the highlights was terribleThe adjustment made for this order of my highlights was terrible. it was bright orange, brassy and was supposed to be lighter blond. Completely wrong for my skin tone. The color was so bad that I had to use and waste my root color that I planned to use 2 weeks from now to cover up the highlights. A waste of money. i have informed the colorist to go back to the prior formula. I would like a free replacement of my root color I had to use to correct this mistake. Don’t like the colorThe color is too light for my hair. Normally I use a high end product to color my guy and it is a lot less expensive that your hair color. Therefore I am trying to cancel this subscription but cannot find a way to do so other than call. This is a high inconvenience for me. When I joined I was told I could cancel any time but I am having a difficult time doing so. Please just cancel my subscription. I will try to call later unless you are able to do so through this. I did not like the color you sent me. I use 10 volume but I feel like it was more than that as my roots came out so light. Usually my dye blends in great with my hair and doesn’t make my roots light. It just made me sad.The picture of the color was a beautiful dark brown with a strong purple tone. I followed the instructions exactly, and my hair is nowhere near the correct color. It’s a light chocolate at the roots and no purple or red undertones anywhere else. I thought this would be nice.When I read about this , I thought to myself" that's nice to have your color delivered to your house. No more waiting til your roots show to update my color.Because I didn't get a chance to go to the store, or like most times. I just didn't want to go,being lazy. But unfortunately, your product died very early and I had to purchase my color at Sally's. Which I paid less then half the price of your product.
