Way too darkI requested a color to take out my brassy highlights and color the rest of my hair. I got a shade that’s about two shades too dark and my brassy highlights are copper - not what I wanted at all. I got one response and no solutions. custom color setThe first attempt at coloring my hair was a mess. I am loosing hair daily. I don't know if it is the strong ammonia formula or something else in the product causing this. I was so in love with your color match concept and mail order system. I am beside my self trying to figure out how to get my hair to stop falling out.
