Color is good, but product makes my hair waxyThe color is great. I wish that was enough, but as soon as I go to wash out the product, my hair turns heavy and waxy! I have to wash it 7-10 times just to get the wax out of my hair. It's bizarre, and incredibly frustrating. When I used this same product years ago it did not do this. the applicator bottle always seems to have a problemSometimes the hole at the tip is too small and you can't get anything out. Sometimes its too big and the lotion comes out too fast. Often, including this time, it leaks from under the screw cap. The lotion ran all down my forehead and made a mess. I couldn't use the bottle at all. Cotton candy pinkAfter several discussions with the stylist, I was shocked when I colored my hair. It was pink, cotton candy pink. I had to go to a dollar store to get a cheap bottle of hair color. It actually turned out the way I had asked esalon to make for me. I was credited for the color but would have had to pay the shipping to get my money back on the other products that were useless since the color was not what I asked for.
