Extremely DisappointedAfter watching Brad Mondo's video I was so excited to try this hair color, so I ordered it. I ordered dark brown golden mahogany, and it did nothing to my hair except mess it up. It made my roots turn lighter and did nothing to the rest of my hair. There is no mahogany in my hair what-so-ever, and that's what I was really excited for based on the picture. poor qualityThis is terrible hair color. It doesn't cover even after leaving it on for 45 minutes. I have had the color reformulated twice -- still terrible. The first order I received was great but after that they have all been horrible. Maybe it's a trick to get a person hooked on the plan - send one good bottle and all the rest are junk. Don't waste your money! This is a terrible product. Now after spending 45 minutes coloring my hair I have to do it again to cover roots. What a joke. Color wasn't quite rightMy initial first order and the custom color set was a darker color than I preferred and I felt that the new hair color looked more strawberry blonde than the warm blonde I was looking for. They were great about correcting my color and sent me a new custom color for free. I really wanted a lighter blonde color, but doing that on already colored hair was not advised, and it was recommended that I try the highlight kit, so I added it to my order. When my next order arrived, I applied the base color and it still wasn't quite the color I wanted and I waited for a week to add the highlights. The Highlight color and application was just what I was looking for with the pop of blonde and it blended well with the base color. About a month later I went to my regular hair stylist for a cut and she was impressed with my highlights. I am very pleased with the color and look.
