Not what I was going for.I was hoping to lesson the contrast of my roots and my dyed red hair. The colorist I talked to was awesome. Costumer service is awesome. HORRIBLE!The first order didn't adequately cover my gray and left my ends very dark. My second order, which I have yet to receive, was supposed to be better. However, eSalon chooses to bulk ship leaving it up to USPS to sort packages then deliver during the busiest time of year! I changed my delivery date to 12/13 thinking I'd get it within a week so I could color my hair before the holiday. Well, guess what? My order was sitting in San Diego USPS for 5 days and won't arrive until late 12/23. So I get to color my hair on CHRISTMAS EVE!!! What was Customer Services response? I could pay an additional $5 for priority shipping! Now why on earth should I need to use Priority Shipping to ship a product from LA to San Diego? Did eSalon offer any sort of compensation? Much too much dark blonde,My hair is naturally “strawberry blonde”. I would like much less dark blonde, adding approximately 1/4 Of that amount - golden. Also add more red (maybe about the amount of golden you added to the 6/12/19 order). Thanks. I know I’ll never get my natural color exactly but I’m hoping we’ll get close. poor coverage of grayAfter asking the color to be slightly darker and more gray coverage and no red, It was just the opposite. After supposed adjustment in color, it seemed like more red, color lighter, and still didnt cover grays well. Cancelled any further shipments.
