BewareI was a 3 year customer and my last shipment was mixed incorrectly. My stylist wasn’t paying attention and doubled the amount of the white power in my kit. It caused a terrible reaction! I immediately turned off my plan and told eSalon what happened. They never followed up with me to apologize or make sure I was Ok. Make sure that you know your product has been accurately measured before you use it! They are going too fast which is causing mistakes at the customers expense!!!! Horrible!I followed directions exactly and it looks awful. It did not color my roots well. You can see where my previous color was, that section seemed to grab the color. The color is wrong. I wanted copper red and it gave me dark blond(intense copper) 2 totally different things. Too darkI thought the description of what I wanted was clear enough. I wanted to go brighter and redder, but what was sent was darker and redder, so I'm confused. Color was nto as describedThe color came out reddish brown and I asked for ash dark brown. I also stated that I did not use permanent color but you sent permanent color. WHen I emailed and complained it was dealt with quickly but all you did was send me the same color that did not work previously. I would not recommend this to a friend. DisappointedI was expecting to color all my hair sence it has been a long time since I colored it but when I opened the box it's for just my roots this is very disappointing due to my hair will look horrible if I only do my roots 😭 I wouldn't of paid $25 just to do my roots 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
