Wrong colorI'm absolutely fuming, I ordered a dark blond ash but when I was done with the coloring, my hair look like a dark strawberry blond border line red, NOT ASH!! Not sure if it was user error or notI bought this to cover my roots by myself. I was worried about overlapping especially in the back where I can't see so I don't think I used enough or maybe didn't leave it on long enough because the color did not match my previous color (this was my 3rd color set and the same formula as the previous one) and still looked like I had darker roots.
