Red isn’t that redOrdered a light brown copper golden colour which looked very copper in the photo. When I had applied my colour it was very dark and not much red to it. After the first wash basically all the red had gone and I’m left with brown hair. I spoke with customer service who said that I can request the exact colour I wanted, which was a redken copper mix. I found this website while looking for the redken colours I needed. Such a shame it didn’t work out. I will say though, that even though it’s not the colour I wanted, it does suit my complexion and a lot of people like it. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

They won’t stop emailing me to start again!First reason I was disappointed was because the color faded so fast it was like using a temporary tint. But now, no matter how many times I write them and request to stop the emails and the products, they keep sending me emails to start up again, That’s the other reason why I rate them as a zero. colourThe colour was too dark for me I found the mixture a bit to thick I could not squeeze bottle hard enough too get the mixture on to my hair and yes I did take the top off the bottle, had to finish my hair with brush took me forever although the shampoo and conditioner was great and smelt beautiful not shaw this is for me thank you... 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Great color, didn’t cover graysI was pleasantly surprised that the end result was so natural and beautiful/rich/healthy looking. I did put 3 stars because the goal was to cover up my grays even though I have very few (about 10%-15). I did find that the semi permanent dye did not cover up my grays very well. When I first ordered this, I made sure to let my colorist know by writing it down on my comments What I needed out of the color. horribleI want my money back this product did nothing to my hair it looked like it was going to when i was in and we followed directions to the exact specifications and it did nothing to my hair at all i am very upset i spent this money and was so excited to have it done and it did nothing 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Not dark enoughI wrote to the colorest. My hair even with the lite brunette had goldren tints. I never heard back. I have tried several times to get the color i wanted. I turned off my plan.
