Just like any box color I've triedMy hair is still orange. I only went up a couple shades, asked for the neutralizer to cut down on brassiness. Not impressed, but not surprised I've never found a color that works for me 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Too DarkHello, The color ended up being to dark in comparison to the rest of my hair and created an obvious separation of the new roots and my fading highlights it didn't blend in naturally. Also after washing it the tone turned really red, and in pictures my hair looked burgundy. Not correct coloring.I specifically stated in my instructions that I was ordering the light ash blond because my hair has Gold and Red undertones and I wanted a light blond without any hints of those colors coming through. After coloring my hair was COMPLETELY GOLDEN. I'm extremely disappointed as I was a previous customer and came back to give them another shot and now I'm not sure what to do. I’ve been a little disappointed.My last 2 color sets have not covered my gray roots as they usually do. I left the color on my roots for 30 minutes last time, but the result was a transparent looking light red color that doesn’t match the rest of my hair that is a darker red brown. Didn’t do anythingI used the recommended colorfill, then followed the directions and added the Demi color to my hair. Neither of the products seemed to work. Not even my lighter ends picked up color.
