Did not send enough product to color all my hair only rootsUsually when I go to the salon they do the roots first and then pull the color through the rest of my hair. First time using eSalonI received a call from esalon before the shipment, she gave me advice and we changed the color to a lighter shade also used a primer before the color as instructed.
