This product is like waxI followed directions as specified. I jumped into the shower and start rinsing my hair and then my whole body is covered with something sticky/wax like. It was such a horrible experienced. I tried to wash it of my hair and it is still there...it took 45 min to remove it from my body. I ran out of hot water. Horrible, horrible...i want to cry. My body is still feels waxy and I wasn’t able to remove it from my hair. I can only image what this is doing to my shower drain. I’m gonna need a plumber. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. GreyThis color was perfectly matched and I loved it. However it did not cover my gray as well as a salon color or even drug store box color. Very disappointedVery disappointedI asked for more mahogany to be added to my color and they didn’t add any its even lessSo I’m not gonna even use the box I was just send I’ve used it twice before and I was unsatisfied. Not happyI had canceled my membership due to the fact there wasn't enough dye sent after the 1st time. A couple of months later after constantly getting emails I decided to join again and they only sent 1 bottle rather then the 2 you receive when you 1st start. I have very long hair. Id I would have gotten the 2cd bottle for the 1st time I'd be happy due to the fact I havent colored my hair in months. So now im canceling again.
