MehThe color was okay. The packaging was fancy and they did their best to impress me by sending 2 bottles with different peroxide volumes. Problem is that they got it totally backward. They wanted me to put the 15 volume on my roots and the 20 volume on the ends. How does that make any sense at all? Anything lower than 20 vol peroxide will not cover grey very well and having to mix 2 bottles is pointless and annoying. Not to mention that I was depositing color not lifting color so if they wanted to really impress me they would have sent 10 volume for the ends. Then they turned around and auto charged me for more color 10 weeks later without checking with me. In normal times, okay, maybe, but THERE IS A PANDEMIC GOING ON. I need my money for rent not hair color and the ONLY way to cancel is to call during business hours. Cute box and kit.Still had reddish tint which I got this to avoid...but this kit was very cute and organized. It just didn’t add any color to my roots or seem to make a difference with my hair at all, just gave me a red tint to my hair. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Product was damagedI was very eager to use this product because of the great reviews online. The box arrived damaged and color had leaked all over the instructions and my counter. It was unusable. Got the job done but definitely not salon qualityMy hair is currently dried out and my roots are lighter than the middle of my hair but my ends are lighter than that, somehow. I have a bunch of shade differences that weren’t noticeable at first but have come to light as I’ve washed a few times. Did not diminish the red tone in my hairI had light blonde highlighted hair. My natural color is a light ash brown. I had dyed my hair brown and my hair pulled through red/copper tones. I used this kit in hopes that it would rid my hair of the “shiny penny” color. My Hair is tooooooooooo DarkI requested my hair to be lighter in the last order and it look lots darker, my hair is dark already I need my hair to look more red not dark. after I apply my color I wanted to cray because I haven't had this dark color in years :( :( I need my hair more RED not black. my hair doesn't look like the picture I send it looks almost black and I don't like it. Please CANCEL my subscription.While I love the color, I don't like the burning sensation on my scalp which occurs for days days after my color as well as I my skin peeled along my hairline and scalp this last time. There is something in your product that does not agree with me. The last time I called in and spoke to my color advisor, she told me not to put the dye on my scalp and to try to avoid it. Really??
