Not the right shade and no gray coverageI spent a lot of time adding pictures, explaining what I was looking for. None of this was taken into account for my “custom” blend and I’m almost positive the shade was just sent as is with no customization. When I stated that the color didn’t work for me (was not even close to the shade I asked for, gave me hot roots, and didn’t cover grays) I was basically met with insinuations that I was too old to get the shade I wanted, the colorist stating that the models in the photos I sent “didn’t look like they were also trying to cover grays”. I’m 34. Maybe this is a good solution if you want exactly the shades they have available, but if you are looking for customization or the kind of consultation/thought you’d get in the salon, look elsewhere. I’m just gonna try blending my own with products from Sally’s, little tip that maybe these “master colorists” could use: when blending yourself, use the percent of a natural color (i.e, brown) corresponding to the percent of gray hair you have. So, for me I have about 20% gray, so I’m planning on using 20% brown, the rest bright red (my desired shade). Good luck! The colour is amazing but...I’m editing my review because it’s now been 2 weeks since I’ve done my colour and my grey are all out already. I thought the colour would last a bit longer than 2 weeks. UnsatisfactoryI have only just used the first colour package and am not happy with the result as the colour is very dark AND before I had time to contact you to cancel any more products being sent I received the second package! This is very upsetting as I tried to cancel any other packages but could only delay the delivery date as there was no way on your system of stopping further deliveries. Please accept this message as my formal instructions that I do not wish to receive any products from you with IMMEDIATE EFFECT! And you will remove all my personal and card details from your database on receipt of this message and will confirm by email that you have closed my account with you and that you will not take any further monies from my Bank Account. I am self-isolating at the moment so I am unable to return the second box at this time. I have tried on several occasions to call you but all lines are busy.
