Far too darkHad requested a lighter brown colourway and ended up with very dark, brown hair with red undertones. Really don't like red. Never receivedPlaced order March 25, order sent April 6 and I still haven’t received it. I understand todays times things may take a while but 16 days for within Europe seems a bit extreme. Hair Root Coverage nice but didn't lastThe product was easy to use and the root color was a good match. Unfortunately the coverage was just ok and didn't last two weeks. I feel I wasted my money. Very dark colourI ordered a nice chestnut brown , I sent pictures and I was really clear about wanting brown hair. I today have black hair. I’m very disappointed and upset. It took me ages to get my order and It was completely wrong. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Not any better than what I remember box color to beBased on my overview of the process, no one ever contacted me regarding my color selection. The packaging is cute but I would expect if the directions suggest I clip my hair up in 4 places the clips be provided, at least with initial order. While my first order was 50% off I do not feel this product is worth the full price. No additional service/support or direction than you would get in typical box hair color.
