Orange RootsMy so called custom color turned my roots orange. They will not refund my money. Suppose to send me another color to cover it up it has not been shipped out yet. It has been a week already. So much goes for their guarantee, I'm going to file a BBB complaint. Better off researching and buying your color at the store.
