Twice I’ve triedI have tried twice now to get my very own custom color but my colorist apparently doesn’t listen to what I want and just keeps sending me what they want. Very unhappy. Tried to communicate and have been given auto responses. Would love to communicate right now but instead I am about to cancel because it is so impossible to get what I asked for. Mauvaise nuanceMalgres 3 ajustements sur 4 commandes, je n’ai pas réussi à avoir voir la nuance que je souhaitais 🙄 Pire la dernière couleur était encore plus fade que la toute première alors que je demandais plus de punch à chaque fois. Je suis très déçue car je trouvais l’idée du coloriste personnel super sympa ! Turned hair blackThe color I just received is not the the same color I had last time.. I had about 2” grow out and the roots are black. It looks awful. I am not ordering from eSalon again. Now, I am trying to cancel my account and it’s about as bad as the product. STYLISTS DO AS THEY PLEASE!!!Stylist did not listen to my request. I told her I did NOT want the dark blonde instead I wanted something else. I asked if I could get the color, I wanted she said absolutely and still mailed me dark blonde?!? I used the color, and it is HIDEOUS! I cannot afford the $300+ my salon wants to do a color correct so here I sit with supposed dark blonde hair that looks GREEN! I emailed about my concern after coloring and no response was received, seems the company is only interested in responding to you if you are praising them!
