The color looks fine, my hair looks awful!I noticed the first time I used this products that my hair was very very dry and dull but I decided to give it a chance.. But after the second time... Too orangeMy Daughter In Law came up to do the color for me. We followed the instructions to the letter. Haircolor is normally dark ash blonde to light ash brown. No greys yet. Hair color produced is more gold toned than ash toned. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Not the neutral colorI wanted an ash base. My roots are strawberry blonde. This is not at all in the neighborhood of the color I requested. Wrong ColorMy color turned out to be nothing like the color I sent in the pictures. I requested an adjustment for my next order and am hopeful the new color will be right. On the positive side, the directions were easy to follow. I liked that it covered my gray completely. I placed my order on April 6, 2020. Root coverageSo I followed the directions to a T but my roots look like no color was applied to them. I don’t know it’s it because it wasn’t enough time for the color to deposit because 10 minutes then 5 minutes isn’t really anytime at all.
