Not light enoughI ordered the lightest blond, I thought. Included a pic. Maybe I should have left the color in for 40 minutes instead of 30, but it came out significantly darker than I thought. It's okay, and I can live with it, but I do wish it was a lot lighter. Like I said, maybe I should have left it in longer. Do Not Use this productI specifically ordered from this company because they advertised the tone was superior to other box dye. I ordered cool blonde and it turned my hair orange ! I cannot get to the salon to have it fixed my hair looks terrible and I am stuck with it. This product did not perform as advertised. Do NOT Recommend 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Orange is not flatteringThis color was very warm in a very unflattering way. Lots of reddish tones, which I had noted was my biggest concern. I also did the light set, which came out in a very unflattering orange tone. I emailed eSalon but no one has contacted me regarding my ugly hair. Update: I was contacted by my colorist to try and remedy the situation. She is sending free: tint rinse for the brassiness and a new highlight kit. I will try it again! Not what I wanted at allI was very surprised to receive only root colour. When I was asked about how I currently have my hair coloured in the salon, I answered highlights so expected that is what I would receive.
