Different colorsThe color on my roots is a vibrant deep red like I wanted but the color I got for my ends was more brown. I would have liked it more if my whole head was the color of my roots. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Does not cover gray.Please review my notes that I sent. I do not want any new orders. I want a refund. No-one has yet to follow up as stated in your response. Substandard customer service. I had a horrible experience with my first color order - no one called me, now I get an email that my next shipment is on the way; Unacceptable. EghI tried eSalon several years ago and didn't love it. Tried it again recently after seeing many people i know give great reviews. I was wrong and should have trusted my gut. Still smells very highly of ammonia. I couldn't breathe when I was rinsing it out. It was THAT bad. It was very drippy. I'm pretty good at not making a mess but it's nearly impossible with this stuff. Then the color. It was disappointing and not remotely close to what I wanted. What I wanted was a rich red.
