DisappointedI had my first purchased last October ‘24 and it didn’t work to my hair and i still have some color left. I was shocked when i checked in my email i had ordered notification last December 8, 2024. I directly contacted customer service in the same day just a couple of minutes difference to report the issue. Jackelyn who reply me after a day and said the item is already ship (how come??) just received the notification and ship already!!! She adviced me to wait my ordered to arrived and return the item in order to get a refund and i will pay the shipping. I am charged 2x of shipping. I am very very disappointed of the item as well their responsed of my issued. Once i will received my refund.. i will never never order again. Never!! 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Won't use againChose darkest black, my hair has turned a inky black colour, not what I was looking for at all. My hair is also so damaged from using the dye, it's completely dried it out and ruined the ends and made them look dead. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Great color - dries hairI love the color! However, even after following all your instructions and using your provided shampoo and conditioner, my hair was very dry and had a lot of split ends after coloring.
