3rd time correcting - my hair is greenI really had high Hope's. I started with level 10 and asked to put some color back in. They sent me a filler and dark blonde, once processed my hair had a reddish, greenish tinted. I called, customer service was fantastic btw, but it took a whole 7 days to get "corrective" color. Processed this morning and now the green tint is more pronounced. And I can't speak to anyone in customer service until Monday. NOT HAPPY. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Faded quicklyI’ve always had good luck in the past with my color choice, I received this order, I love the color knowing it would fade out a little but it has faded out a lot and left me with visible grays in a few short weeks 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

TerribleI have been dying my own hair for years. I thought I would give this a try to see if it is any better than drugstore brands. My hair is medium brown and I lighten it to a light brown color. My only note to "my colorist" was "No red please". Well, I just finished dying my hair and it is now a medium brown auburn color. Too dark and a lot of red.
