Bad experience for meI specifically asked for something to tone down the red in my hair and the color that I got left a lot of brassiness. The included instructions of adding the leftover hair color to your hair in the shower left my shower a brown dyed mess. What in the world?I followed the directions to a tee, including doing a strand test...which turned out great. However, when I did the all over color, my majority of my natural color was turned a gingery brown, and my ends look no different. I look like the lost Spice Girl, 2006 edition! Terrible with my complexion. My hair is more red than before!I clearly highlighted my natural colour, current colour and what colour I wanted to go to and now my hair is darker with more red in than before. So disappointed and upset by this. Thought this would be the way to go from your reviews but question if the right colour was even sent.
