Not what I wanted but kind of expectedI had reddish/dark blonde hair and have been wanting to lighten it. It didn't turn the blonder shade I wanted and instead made my hair turn orange. Color not bad. Not great. Website is annoying.If you want to make changes to your color you either have to wait for your stylist (mine took forever) to make the changes for you OR you can open a new account. Orange TintThe presentation and quality is amazing, unfortunately the color (the most important thing) was very disappointing. My hair is basically orange, not blond. I am happier with my former $7 box that did not color all the grey but I would rather have some grey and a better color. Orange rootsI was very disappointed in this last custom color set. My roots came out copper to orange in color which was a shock. It has only been a week and a half since I colored my hair and already the grey is back. I will give this one more try but thinking about cancelling future orders. Not at all what I expectedI spent 20 min filling out a profile with what my current hair color is and what my hair goals are with multiple pictures and it seems that it was either ignored or not looked at at all. The color I received wasn’t bad, but it doesn’t match what my hair color is currently. I mentioned in my goal/profile that my hair color is rose gold and fading, so I need root touch up for the regrowth but also color for the rest of my hair since the color I have is faded and needs a touch up. I received a “root touch up” kit and was pretty upset about the fact that it was only for my roots at first, since it was clear that my profile was not read at all. But I thought that if the color matched the rest of my hair, atleast I will be able to look a little better with my roots not a completely different color to the rest of my hair. But when I did the strand test, the root color and my current color did not match at all. I also did not get enough color to completely change my hair color. Now I have color I paid for and can’t use and still need to get something for my roots. In my opinion, this is definitely not personalized service and filling out any “goals” or taking pictures is a complete waste of time. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Still no productI understand that you are very busy. But this was ordered around April 23 there are lots of very busy companies yours is the only one that has taken so long for a product. When I go to track it I’m given no information at all. Very disappointed with your quality of service and delivery...I tried to send this message privately but the provided contact information wouldn’t allow me to submit.
