Very disappointingI received the product and I am very discouraged! I was sent not enough to even do my hair! The girl that done it for me said DONT ever order from This company again! Washed outI purchased your product two or three times. Each time the product washed out , it did not "grow out". It was not permanent . I always use shampoo and conditioner formulated for colored hair. I have also used permanent hair color before and you can see when it is time to color by your roots. dark color base, color didn't come out as i thinki have dark color base, so the red, copper color i order didn't come out on my hair as i expected. I am trying another color again to see if it work. Or i will just give up 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

My roots are whiteCareful application provided no change to the white colour of my roots. I was offered a replacement product a bit darker and the package never arrived. I would like a full refund as the product not only did not work but the shampoo stripped out the colour in the non-root section. I typed my review. Then got a pop up saying Refresh to ArrayI refreshed. Review gone. My issue is where do i get the clips refered to and shown in the picture? Secure with clips. i want to get the right clips. My hair is long. I'm just doing my roots. This is my first time without a real salon. My helper is my husband. Tell me where to get the right clips. Faded awayReally disappointed with this adjusted color. It's week two and my gray is completely visible again. It just faded away. I was made to revise my color because it had been a bit since I ordered, so I thought I'd change it slightly. I don't think that was the problem. I don't necessarily think it was the color change; it was the quality. As you can see, I've ordered many times and never had trouble.
