Turned my roots orange!Updated review: Today I received a reply from customer service and was issued a refund. This is a relief. So I updated my rating from 1 star to 3. You may want to give it a try or not, at least you would receive a refund if you don’t get good results. I would advise though to research on the internet regarding color application specifically for going lighter or darker, because the instructions I received turned out to be a mistake, I don’t think they’re really personalized. My previous review is below. [I answered the quiz truthfully, I followed the instructions, and what do I get, hot roots! Plus no gray coverage, I only have a few grays. I have colored my own hair in the past using boxed color and never had this issue. Very disappointed. Still no reply from customer service. Honestly, I feel scammed. Greys stayedPrevious reviews said how good it was on coverage of grey hairs, it didn’t cover mine, it left a block at the roots a lot lighter than my ends, first time I washed my hair, it striped my grey hair and they where back 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. Wrong colorMy hair is the same color as it was before I started maybe a little darker. It was supposed to go lighter. When I was putting it in my hair I could tell that it was going to be darker.
