Great packaging, poor colour resultsI was really excited to receive a personalised colour kit, specific to my starting hair shade and desired end result... but, it was such a disappointment! The packaging was lovely, I enjoyed the personalised labels on the bottle, which made it feel that this had been tailored to my requirements exactly. However, despite following the instructions to the letter, the end result was so similar to my original shade that it just isn't noticeable that I've coloured it at all! I had hoped to go several shades lighter, from a mid-brunette to a medium blonde, in reality, I'm now just a more consistent, flat shade of brown. No lovely multi-tonal lightening as promised by the beautiful marketing images, just a pleasant, but monotone brown. I was so ready to love everything about this, but the product has let me down, and I don't think I'll be trying it again. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Turned my roots orange!Updated review: Today I received a reply from customer service and was issued a refund. This is a relief. So I updated my rating from 1 star to 3. You may want to give it a try or not, at least you would receive a refund if you don’t get good results. I would advise though to research on the internet regarding color application specifically for going lighter or darker, because the instructions I received turned out to be a mistake, I don’t think they’re really personalized. My previous review is below. [I answered the quiz truthfully, I followed the instructions, and what do I get, hot roots! Plus no gray coverage, I only have a few grays. I have colored my own hair in the past using boxed color and never had this issue. Very disappointed. Still no reply from customer service. Honestly, I feel scammed. Does NOT color my white roots at all...Very disappointed. Called my salon during COVID-19 and paid $55 for curbside pickup and got my normal color and it covered ALL of my white roots. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
