Customizable ColorGood Afternoon- I understand that I was able to notate that I was unhappy with the color from my first order, but when I colored my hair, I was disappointed because my hair looked black rather than dark brown. I followed all of the steps when picking out the personalized color and even washed the color out a few minutes earlier. I felt embarrassed to complain, so I canceled my future orders, but I apparently canceled too late and my order shipped out the next day. I am not sure what to do with the product I currently have, and cannot use being that it is only to color my roots and the rest of my hair has since lightened. Great Color but not for me!Hello eSalon, I only rated this color at 3 because I thought that it was going to be more blonde than copper. I should have known that the copper was going to overtake the blonde on my grey/white hair. It is not your fault that now my hair is intense copper all over with hardly any blonde except slightly around the edges. I don't like it. However, everything else was fine and the entire kit was great. Had I picked the right color for me (maybe a solid blonde) I would have been able to give a 5 rating. I was very impressed with the entire kit, with detailed instructions and all items seemed of high quality. Still have greys.....The kit and process was easy to understand and use. I am 38 with a few grey hairs throughout and the color did not cover the few that I have, it also did not cover evenly from the top to bottom of my hair. Not even closeI have dark brown hair with highlights and want an all over color. I went med golden brown and it made my hair even darker but also red. Not happy with the results at all.I feel like I would have had better luck with store bought.
