So Upset with My Ruined HairI thought I was so careful to follow all of the directions and watched all of the videos but I got black/dark brown ends with a nice red-blonde color over the rest. I immediately sent an email asking for help but after no response I have scheduled an expensive repair at a salon. I am a natural strawberry blonde and only started dying my hair last year when I began to see grey's. Chemical smell was aweful!!Somewhat disappointed in the product! asked to not have a red tint to my color! I have a red tint to my hair! Also, my husband had to use a respirator mask when he helped apply my color! The chemical smell was AWEFUL!! We both have respiratory problems! Uneven coloringDecided to do something a little different from just dark brown and choose to try Dark Brown (Intense Pearl). There's NO PURPLE anywhere. Front part of my head is at least the dark brown but the back is a red-ish brown and under in the back is light basically my natural color still. I HAVE A LOT OF HAIR IT'S LONG THICK AND CURLY. I submitted pictures to make sure they knew how much hair I have. 2 bottles although I Was assured would be enough definitely wasn't and I knew it wouldn't be. When doing it at home I used 3-4 boxes of dye and when I had it done in a salon setting was told I used the amount of dye she would use for 3 heads. Wrong Color Every TimeI have tried this product 4 times, Everything else is great. The packaging, ease of use, and even the color coverage. However, every single time they have sent me the wrong color. I have requested red/auburn from the very first time. My hair was blonde. If they got it right the first time it would have been perfect. Four tries later, I still ended up with brown hair with a slight red tint. I have determined it's not worth it to keep trying. Good colour but...The colour was good but the roots of my hair were a shade lighter even though I left it on for as long as recommended. The colour for the ends turned my hair nearly black so I wore a hat a lot for a few weeks. They didn't take into account I wanted to keep my lighter ends even though I specified. Not happy with my color outcomeAlthough my hair seemed to stay in good condition, my color outcome was not good. My hair, which I noted, tends to go brassy. With the hair color that was sent my hair was orange to brass color. Not a good look. It did not cover up the grey, but at least the grey is not brassy. What a strange color of hair I have right now. Very UnhappyThis color didn't work on my dark hair - I followed the instructions exactly and even tried another bottle and had my husband do it a second time. Still no results!
