Amazing salon color in your bathroom!I am so happy I found esalon. I have been switching between box color and salons for years. Esalon is a dream come true. My first order was nice but not exactly what I wanted. When I contacted my colorist, she responded quickly and altered my next order. I am in love with the the adjusted color! I am so thankful for esalon. Finally I can have professional looking color without having to drain my bank account. Everyone has been complimenting my new color and I feel fabulous. Beyond expectations!I was a little nervous to choose a color online but the process was easy and the reps at eSalon did a great job selecting my color. My scalp is sensitive to chemicals but I had no issues with this product. The instructions were personalized, detailed and easy to follow. I love how eSalon thought of everything you would need to color your hair, including a one-application shampoo and conditioner. GREAT Custom Hair Color!!!!!I tried this product after seeing several ads....I decided that it was not expensive and worth a try because other products did not cover my gray hair. The color was pretty good on my first try but when I received an email asking if I wanted to make any changes, I decided to actually tell them. Holy Moly! I got a real answer from a real person who seemed like they actually wanted to make me happy! So we tweaked it, and afterwards, they emailed me again asking for any changes! So we tweaked it one more time....and now it's PERFECT!!! I'll never use another hair color product again. I have it sent to me every 4 weeks and it arrives like clock-work!
