Not enough colorThe color I got was lighter than the picture I provided & came out much redder than expected. Also, there wasn't enough gloss color to cover the length of my hair (I have very long hair). My color turned to be blackI am very disappointed with this coloring experience, I asked dark brown and I event explained in the that I was looking for a chocolate brown and my hair turned out all black, I have never had this color and I would have to spend a lot of money to have a color specialist at a salon to fix the color, and aside from all the chemical exposure which is not good for my health and my chronic fatigue disease. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. IT'S A WINNER!The last few years I have been searching for the exact color I envisioned for my hair and I shudder to think of how much money I've wasted on that endeavor. After seeing ads for eSalon I said to myself, "Self, what have you got to loose by trying out this company?" My Self advised that I go for it. So, I listened to My Self, ordered the color they suggested, (based on my current color and the color I wanted), and I was totally amazed! The perfect color I'd tried for all that time to achieve, eSalon got right the very 1st time! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT and am refering them to those I know who color their hair at home. P.S.
