Review of dyeWaited a very long time for delivery. When received I applied as directed. When the dye came off not a grey hair was covered and very little color took on the rest of my head! Sent wrong hair colorI ordered red hair color. They emailed me with a question about it, but by the time I responded they'd already sent the color and changed it to medium brown. I don't understand why they would take the red out completely. Now I have hair color I can't use. Not good at allThe color (dark brown) I picked didn’t change my root color (soft black) at all and only colored (darkened) the highlighted portion. It is more like a toner color rather than a permanent hair color. Color started fading away after two washes! Not worth the time I spent to color my hair nor the money! Poor applicationI have emailed three times to no response. I also tried calling and was cut off. This has caused me to cancel my future orders. I did not receive a brush with my last two orders. I did not discover the missing brush until I had already applied the solution which resulted in poor coverage. I checked the next box and it also did not include a brush. I have been trying to contact someone as to how to return this product as it won’t work for me to no avail. I now have a $27 product on my shelf that is a waste. DO NOT recommend at allThe first color I received was OK. I provided my feedback to lighten the color thinking it is a learning curve. I got confirmation that the color was changed.
