Easy to useSecond time using this as it was great first time but covered more than the re-growth this time (about an inch or more)so it looked a bit ginger this time! Horrible....After following the directions to the letter, I rinsed and rinsed and rinsed until the water was clear. ..or so I thought. Used the sad dollop of shampoo and conditioner as instructed and it was like the conditioner would not wash out.
