Love it!!!I was looking for a change, but knowing what you want and getting that are 2 different things. Well, until I sat down and decided to take a chance. I read the reviews, and watched the you tube blogs and decided that 50% off the first order was worth a try. My colorist is Jennifer and she did a fantastic job!!! I love my hair and the process wasn't that hard at all. I love the fact that my hair color is even and doesn't stink like a box of store hair color! Just alrightUnfortunately, although the color was supposed to have Ash tones and minimize red and orange, it faded to an unattractive reddish color at the hairline. Although that may be because that's where most of my gray is, I had been using Preference by L'Oreal in Dark Ash Brown for years and I never had that type of fading.
