Colorists do a great job!I have been very happy overall with my custom color sets. Colorists listen to feedback, concerns, and adjust formula accordingly. Packaging is nice, though quite a bit of waste. Comes with everything needed, including clear, concise instructions. So happy with the results!My hair is dark brown with blonde balayage. I needed to cover grey in my roots and stick to my natural color. It covered the grey completely and the color was perfect.
