I love esalonI've been getting color from them for a couple years now. They are responsive to modifications I want them to make. On one occasion my package arrived damaged by the post office - they immediately replaced it free of charge. When I've been away they've suspended delivery and resumed in a smooth transition. Love itIf the instructions call to use plastic clips, I would imagine they would be included in the kit. Honestly I didn't really see the need if they were included. Overall....I absolutely love the color I received. Heard about this web site from visiting family in the Salon business. I was told it will not dry out your hair, color match is dead on and it is putting the hurt on store Salons because it is more affordable than going to a Salon. I would like to know if signed up for the auto delivery if an email reminder would be sent prior to my card automatically getting charged. This would give me the chance to review my need.
