CUSTOMER INSTRUCTIONS AND SUPPORT FAILINGSI just received my first order and wanted to color my hair, but there are no instructions in my shipment at all. I have no idea how long to leave the color on. Then, when I went to call for support, I discovered their customer service is closed on the weekends and there is not even a live chat. Then, the website was down and I could not log onto my account for hours. I will see if I like the product itself. Love it!The color was right on for me! I have received lots of compliments on the color. The process was similar to what I have been using so it was easy for me. It costs more than the drug store brand but not nearly as much as a salon color job and is lasting longer than what I had been using.
