Product ok color NOTExperience was ok but shade was DARK not Medium as requested. Definitely needed the stain remover pad which didn't work well -rubbed hard didn't even remove all as color very dark. I've colored for over 40yrs & never had trouble with removing color before. Nice, rich color for a whileI wasn't sure if the color I chose would be too dark, but I really like the color. I was hoping it would cover my pesky grays a bit longer, but after a couple of weeks, my hair started to get that sparkly gray loòk around the temples, and the color lightened a bit.
