Quite impressedReally lovely outcome - hair felt soft and full and colour was gorgeous! Think perhaps the intensity of colour does not last quite as long as my previous product (and it's not down to shampoo because I use only organic shampoo and conditioner). 2nd adjusmentThis is my second adjustment since I have been using esalon. The first time they lightened it for me which looked great. But as I get more gray hair, I felt I needed to change my color again. The esalon team managed to take my " just a little richer, with a little reddish brown and some gold" all very subjective things, and mix up a color for me that is exactly what I wanted.... Unhappy customer- BAD MIX!The first two mix were fine no problem with the hair color. The last mix was awful. After trying to rinse the application out of my hair the product did not come off. It turned muddy and sticky. It felt like muddy wax in my hair. I couldn't comb or brush my hair. I was humiliated because I had to go to work the next day. I couldn't get this product out of my hair. The next day on my lunch break I went to a salon near my work and paid for them to wash my hair ( costing me another $20.00) and it got some of it off but It was still in my hair. It took about four to five days to really get this product out. I did talk to one of your representative and they did credit my account for the hair dye but couldn't credit me for the salon wash. The representative did say it was a bad mix. I am really afraid to try your hair dye again so I will be discontinue my order with you. This has cost me time and money and emotional stress.
