I liked it but...The colorist did a fantastic job, but there was just too much involved in coloring my own hair. I have canceled all future orders. I'm disabled and had a hard time. It would've also been nice to have a heads up on needing to use plastic clips during the coloring process. I wasn't able to do that, as I needed to color my hair as soon as the product arrived. Great Hair ColorThe hair color that eSalon prepared for me is a great color. We established this color in the beginning and it has worked for me. My only problem is that the hair color stays so long I don't have to put another treatment on for several months. Hard to believe but true.
