Still a little dark....The last shipment was more reddish. I changed from my 1st order to a reddish brown. This last order was my third bottle. It seemed darker than my second bottle which was modified from the first. Not sure if it went back to the original. But I liked the second bottle best. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Good color, but...My past two e-salon experiences have given me mixed feelings. The color itself was fine. It effectively covered my grays, and it was a nice, warm shade. The problem comes with trying to rinse it out. No matter how careful I was with the application process, I've had this goopy, "nearly impossible to rinse out" residue on my scalp. I had to scrub and scrape with my nails and a comb for nearly 15 minutes, and was still finding remnants of it for several washes afterwards. It's gross, and has never happened in the past when I've colored my hair with other products. Did not lastI was not crazy about the color, since it was darker than I wanted. Nonetheless, as a chemist, I followed the directions exactly, but the gray came through in less than a week.
