Greys turned blonde. Ordered brunette hair colour!I’ve got a lot of grey hair around the frame of my face. I’m a brunette and ordered full coverage hair colour according to the numbers my hair dresser supplied. The result was ridiculous. All greys turned platinum blonde. The rest was dark brown. I had to go to a salon to sort the problem out. I looked like an odd coloured skunk! Beware. Black instead of dark brownReally disappointed by this colour. I was at first really excited to use it as it seems so luxury compared to a bog standard box colour. Whilst washing it out I seemed to lose a lot of hair. I needed to clean the plug hole out twice to let the water out. My hair is now a mixture of jet black and stripey dark brown. I'm desperately trying to lighten it now with head and shoulders every day. I feel like I'm wearing a black hat. The hair that is black looks really course now. I got it totally broken,,, very unsatisfied,When I received my order , after opening my package it’s totally broken and it’s fall around everywhere inside. Worth a tryThis color is decent hair color, it does the job however I do wish the customization was more customized towards each individual customers wants & needs instead of using the same formulas. I do like that you receive your gloves, brush and everything you need to color your hair one thing I would maybe suggest is making the conditioner a little larger so you can follow up to condition again the color is a tiny bit drying. Zuviel aschDie Farbe war nicht so zufriedenstellend. Sie kam sehr grünstichig und grau raus. Wahrscheinlich Zuviel asch . Ich werde es die nächsten 4 Wochen beobachten.
