It just felt better than any hair color I ever used ,the application was so simple and it felt creamy. The color was incredible covering the gray beautiful

No colour lightening for once!

I turned to this product because there has been NO high street home dye that stays the same colour after @6 washes: it just gets lighter and lighter on my first few inches of hair - which just looks awful, making all my hair look washed out. This colour remained until I could take my root regrowth no longer and used my next order. Very very pleased.

Company was hard with. They depend on computers vs a life person. Tried sending an e-mail and they couldn't even get me name right...doubt I will let them near my hair...

I did ask to go a little lighter, however, I pull red when golden is added to color. I neglected to mention that. My fault. I will update my color preference.
