First time I colored at homeI had my doubts about buying haircolor on line and even applying it myself at home. I always go to a salon. I love all the variations in the color and my hair is very shiny. I have gotten a lot of compliments. After 3 years, I give up on eSalon.I have tried for 3 years to get eSalon to tone down the hair color so that my hair doesn't look red when I dye it. My hair has never been red, or even slightly reddish. Every single order has been followed up with a note to them that the dye turns my hair red. I give up! I don't have this problem at all when I buy Medium Ash Blonde from the drug store. I really wanted to make this work, or I wouldn't have tried for so long. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
