grey hair are still hereI just got the same result as the DIY hair colours I buy over the counter, only this one took much more of my time because of all the steps, and more expensive. I followed all the steps religiously and applied more on the grey hair, but when I rinsed and dried my hair, I was still seeing my grey hair being only shyly dyed and translucid, but visible. Not the colour I wanted at allI was supposed to be going copper as my hair was over processed blonde and very damaged looking. My hair is now cherry red, without a hint of copper or even auburn. I am very disappointed as this service comes highly rated for so many, especially for copper and red tones. I think my formula was incorrect.This touch up color set came out as a light violet on my roots. It was not the same as my previous color. I have alot gray/ white hair along with dark brown as roots. It made my roots appear violet purplish kinda of a glowing affect, not for me. My roots have faded some, so I would like some help in adjusting my color very soon. Color washed outI applied the custom color, color matched my current color perfectly. Unfortunately after the 2nd washing (and I was using the provided shampoo), I noticed grey areas showing through all over my head. I have never had issues covering my greys with cheap drugstore brands or other professional dyes. Very disappointed! I messaged eSalon and was told my color would be adjusted for the next order but I needed to re-dye my hair to cover it NOW so I went with another brand. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Love the customer service, love the kits, hate the dyeThe hair dye with this company is so orange, even though I ordered the most ashy colour available. I've also adjusted the colour, which added more ash, and the colour is still very orange.
