Made for meI was happy with the first color I received. When it came time for my 2nd order, I requested that the colorist make my shade a bit lighter. I really loved that shade and appreciated being able to have it adjusted. Didn't work and dried my hair outMy hair looked exactly the same after, except it was more fried. I still have lots of greys. I was hesitant to color it as I haven't put color on my hair in years, so that is why I went with semi permanent color. Not the color I expected.I really like the idea behind this service! As for my first experience, I requested a color that was a little more red. I received an email that a different color was suggested for me so I figured I would give it a try. Once I did though, I got a color that was a bit less red than I wanted and more of a purple :-( I love the gray coverage of this dye.
