Grey hair coverage was not like as beforeThis is the 2nd time i colored the roots of my hair and this time my hair color is not even covered even on the tiniest bits- it is still grey! I soaked my roots for about an hour ( same as what i used to do from the first time i changed the color of my entire hair and on the roots after 6 weeks ) it is such a big dissapointment. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Great colour. But didn’t last long.The customer service was amazing. Packaging brilliant. The colour result was the best I’ve ever had. But 2 weeks later my greys are back and colour on my lengths has washed out. Really disappointed because the colour is lovely. Not sure if I’d buy again. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. DisappointedHi I ordered a warm beige and extra colour care shampoo and conditioner. The packs that everything came were promptly delivered and well presented and everything that was needed was in them. Unfortunately I am very disappointed with the colour and the effect the colour had on the condition of my hair. The colour was much darker than I anticipated even though I followed the instructions exactly. I have never had as dark hair and it makes me look pale and drawn. The only thing it did was remove my greys. Regarding the effects of these products on the condition of my hair: I keep my hair well hydrated with Redkin hair products from my local salon. The hair colours they use are very gentle on hair. I have used the hair colour from esalon once and I have used the esalon colour care shampoo and conditioner twice. My hair has become very frizzy and dried out. I’m sorry to say but I can’t wait for hair salons to reopen once this current lockdown is over. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

ReviewThe new color you sent me didn’t work at all. I used it this morning, followed the directions exactly and now that my hair is dry I see that it didn’t cover the gray at all! Did not even colour my hairI tried do colour my hair from a medium brown to a mahogany colour and it took an hour to put in, and take out. A bit sadMy first try and, sadly, the product didn't live up to expectations. I followed the directions perfectly, however lots of my grey hairs are still grey! Some didn't take at all or have a slight tinge. The colour on the rest of my hair is a good match, but has no shine to it. Not goodI was so exited to start using this hair color hoping to cover my gray hair. I only have gray around the hairline area, unfortunately it didn’t fully cover my gray, the color ended up not even.
