DisappointedThe color was good but not lasting. The worst problem I had was it was to strong with ammonia.... my scalp broke out in a rash and even though I washed it off of my ears they were burnt by the solution. Response From Our ExpertsRebecca - We’re so sorry to hear that your eyes and scalp were irritated during your application. When coloring hair, one of our safety recommendations referenced in our Product Safety & Usage guide (included with every hair color order) is to remove contact lenses before applying the color. However, if you must wear contact lenses and any product gets into your eyes, we advise removing your lenses before rinsing them. We hope the irritation is not persistent. If it is, please seek medical attention. |
