I am very dissappointed.My hair was blond with dark roots and many grays in my roots. I chose a copper color that was vibrant and bright, and I somehow ended up with a dull dark auburn that never fully covered my gray's and is a very flat and dull color. I wanted a color that was vibrant and shiny, bringing color and light to my face and one that was great for the fall, this truly missed the mark I'm disappointed. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Love my custom color!I have only recently began coloring my hair and was very skeptical of not being able to see the color before I put it on. But The color I received from eSalon was exactly what I was looking for!
